And, The Third:The Pounding at the Whatleys!

We have heard about this wonderful family for years, and have met them on occasions, but have never had the joy of being in their home-and what a joy it was.
Piles of the most amazing BBQ ever, lovely tables, all set with blue and white checked things, big glasses of iced, sweet tea...but the loveliest thing was the spirit of hospitality and ease Mrs. Whatley (and her family) showed when you entered her busy and wonderful-smelling kitchen.

We had such a wonderful time, and Noah and Dorothy were blessed with many wonderful kitchen and household items from all the friends and family that were there to celebrate.

(And the reason I got such a lame amount of photographs (like, 5-most of which were out of focus) is because I got to talking to so many-well, actually-I got lazy. There. I said it. I was not in a photo mood that night. Ever get those? How horrible is that? I dearly regret that mood, as this shower was one of the most delightful that I've ever been to, and I love to look through pictures of delightful times. :)

Well, that's all for tonight.

Goodnight, dear observers!

Love,

(Adeline for) The Clan of Morton
